Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, please review the following guidelines for returns and refunds.


Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once 30 days have passed.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

Please do not send items back directly to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Health and personal care items (when marked as non-returnable)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases


Partial Refunds

  • Books with clear signs of use

  • Opened media (CDs, DVDs, software, vinyl records, etc.)

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • Returns made after 30 days of delivery


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a set number of business days.

  • Sale items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.


Missing or Late Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company (posting times can vary).

  3. Contact your bank (some processing delays are common).

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at {email address} and send your product to: {physical address}.


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once your return is processed, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued directly to the gift giver.
